These conditions are important for the safety of our drivers and staff. If these conditions are not met, we are obliged to charge €125 (excluding VAT).
IIndufarm S.A. pays very close attention to orders. If you have any doubts whether you have received the right product, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you order via the website, feel free to contact us via the chat at the bottom right. Via this chat function, we will answer your questions while you order and guide you through the entire ordering process.
If the order you placed did not meet expectations, you are not completely satisfied or the product was delivered broken or damaged, please contact Indufarm N.V. within 7 days of delivery:
- Products must be offered back undamaged, in their original packaging and clean. Products offered after 7 days of delivery will not be taken back.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- If you wish to have the product collected, please contact our customer service team for more information at customerservice@indufarm.com
- Given the provisions of the FASFC, feed sold can never be returned
- If packaging not supplied by Indufarm S.A. is returned, an administrative fee of €125 will be charged per collection.
Please note: a fee of €25 per pallet will be charged for collecting empty containers (from 12 January 2026). The empty containers must meet a number of conditions:
- Alle bussen zijn voorzien van doppen en zijn correct gesloten
- The pallet is a maximum of 2 metres high.
- All cans/bottles, barrels and/or IBCs have been rinsed.
- Original product and hazard labels are present and clearly visible.
- Stickers are located on the outside.
- Pallets are fully wrapped (sealed) and labelled twice.
- Collection only possible with a minimum of 12 jugs and/or with 2 empty drums per pallet.
- If packaging that has not been supplied by Indufarm NV is returned, an administrative fee of €125 (excluding VAT) will be charged per collection. This rate applies from 1 non-Indufarm package on the pallet.
