The Innovation bonus is designed to reward customers who place their orders through the website. It consists of two components:
1. Two percent instant discount: Every order placed on the website automatically receives a two percent discount, which is directly shown on the invoice.
2. Three percent Big Cheque: Every six months, an additional voucher is created based on three percent of your website turnover during the previous six months. This voucher can only be used to purchase products that you have not bought before.
Together, these two components provide a total benefit of up to five percent: an immediate saving on each invoice and an additional reward for exploring new products.

Website only eligibility
The Innovation bonus applies exclusively to purchases made via the website or app. Sales orders created through other channels are excluded from all calculations and benefits.

3% voucher every six months
Twice a year, we issue a voucher equal to three percent of your website turnover from the previous six months. The voucher may be redeemed only for products you have not purchased before.
