IF Maxid Silage

A complementary feed based on a combination of buffered organic acids specially developed to prevent scalding in cattle rations. IF Maxid Silage is available in liquid or powder form and can be mixed with feed in the mixer.

High temperatures, moisture and oxygen are the three main variables that can cause silage to scald. The development of heat reduces the quality and palatability of the forage, which can lead to reduced feed intake and nutrient deficiencies.
