Delivery

• All deliveries are organised by Indufarm N.V. as much as possible.
• The delivery takes place by a modern fleet of trucks and is unloaded at the buyer's premises subject to compliance with the necessary hygiene measures.
• Unloading takes place at the agreed location.
• Delivery free of charge in Belgium from 150 € + VAT. Orders < 150 €: 13,95 € transport costs as standard. This may vary, click here for more information.
• Delivery free of charge in the Netherlands and France from 175 € + VAT. Orders < 150 €: 13,95 € transport costs as standard. This may vary, click here for more information.
• The goods are considered to have been delivered at departure and always travel at the expense and risk of the buyer.
• Deliveries are always exclusive of assembly and training.
• Delivery times and application periods are provided for information purposes only and are therefore not binding.
• Delay in delivery or application can never give rise to a penalty, compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
• The application of these general terms and conditions is accepted by the customer by ordering the products.
