IF Cadaver cooling

Using the IF carcass cooling system, carcasses and animal waste can be stored loose, in barrels or in containers under extremely hygienic conditions. A temperature of 2°C is reached without any problems. Good sealing and cooling greatly limits odor and insects. This also makes longer-term storage possible.

The modular DUMBOX cadaver cool box is made of polyurethane insulation panels thickness 6cm (K-value 0.36) that are vapor-tight and waterproof in polyester. This means that the insulation panels retain their insulating effect perfectly in the long term. The polyester panels are free from rust and easy to clean due to their perfectly smooth finish. All opening parts are provided with a solid seal.

The CFC-free cooling group with extra large condenser, rotary compressor and electronically adjustable thermostat ensure optimal efficiency and make it possible to guarantee the temperature without any problems in all conditions up to 2°C. A door contact switches off the cooling group at the slightest opening of the door. The stainless steel evaporator and PVC temperature probes guarantee a longer lifespan of the cooling.

The trailer is designed very low. This makes it easy to place the carcasses or barrels on top. The rails are sufficiently long so that there is a distance of approximately 1 meter between the box and the cart when it is pulled outside. This significantly reduces the risk of damage to the box during unloading.

It is possible to provide a heated seal, which is thermostatically controlled, over the entire perimeter of the door. This allows the door to be opened smoothly in all weather conditions without damage.

By placing a filling hatch at the top, small carcasses can be thrown into the box without opening the door. This means there is less loss of cooled air.

For those who want even greater hygiene, there are boxes with 2 doors. One door on the side of the company, the other door on the side of the street. This means that the trucks from the carcass collection service no longer have to come to the company, which significantly limits the chance of diseases being introduced to your company. The car can be driven out on both sides.
