Stainless steel check valve
This stainless steel check valve allows water to flow in one direction only, preventing any backflow in drinking water installations. The valve is fitted with a BSP female × female threaded connection.
Sudden consumption peaks or high flow rates on an adjacent branch can cause the water column to temporarily move in the opposite direction.
When this occurs upstream of a pulse meter, the meter incorrectly generates pulses to the dosing pump, resulting in an overdose of the injected product.
The spring-loaded design closes automatically upon backflow, ensuring reliable and accurate dosing throughout the entire installation.
