Deze hygiënische constructie van de ultra hygiënische steel helpt een hoger niveau van hyiëne te realiseren. De volledig in kunststof bestaande constructie minimaliseert de kans op kruisbesmetting. Het handvat is gemaakt van food compliant materialen en is gemakkelijk te drogen. Tevens is deze steel bestendig tegen agressieve producten.
