Ordering and delivery
Find information here about how Indufarm delivers and ships.
Today, Indufarm delivers all orders through professional transport companies. Every delivery van or truck is cleaned and disinfected at least once a week. We stand for hygiene and want to set an example here. The orders are also delivered to the unloading point provided by you. We make every effort to keep delivery times as short as possible.
- All deliveries are organised as much as possible by Indufarm N.V.
- Deliveries are made by a modern fleet of trucks and are unloaded at the buyer's premises subject to the necessary hygiene measures.
- Unloading is done at the agreed place.
- Free delivery in Belgium on orders of €250 or more (excl. VAT). For orders under €250, a standard delivery charge of €13 applies.
- Please contact our customer service team for delivery charges to the Netherlands, France, the UK or other countries.
- The goods are considered delivered on departure and always travel at the expense and risk of the buyer.
- Deliveries always exclude assembly and training.
- Delivery deadlines and application deadlines are provided by way of information only and are therefore not binding.
- Delay in delivery or application can never give rise to penalty, compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
- The application of these general terms and conditions is accepted by the customer by ordering the products.
We have a warehouse management system that ensures that all products are ordered or produced on time. If there are still backorders or unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed.
- Free delivery within Belgium on orders of €250 or more (excluding VAT).
- For orders below this amount, we charge €13.95 (excl. VAT) for delivery.
- For deliveries to the Netherlands, France or other countries, please contact our service team.
Below you can find an overview of all rates for reconditioning and empties. In principle, you can always reclaim empties after taking back the empties if they have been purchased from Indufarm on invoice. These will be provided in the form of a credit note.

- Invoices are payable without discount to Indufarm N.V.'s bank account and in Euros. This also applies if Indufarm N.V. would have them received by financial institutions.
- Indufarm N.V. does not accept bills of exchange as a means of payment.
- From the due date of the invoice, the amounts invoiced shall, ipso jure and without prior notice, bear interest at 10% per annum until the date of payment in full.
- Non-payment of an invoice on the due date makes the payment of all other amounts due immediately due and allows Indufarm N.V. to refuse delivery of all pending orders.
- In the event of non-payment of the invoiced amounts on the due date, a lump-sum compensation of 10% on the unpaid amounts shall be due ipso jure and without prior notice of default, with a minimum of €125 in addition to all interest and any costs, collection costs or legal fees.
